Eligibility Period

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a replacement or refund.

Covered by Refund / Free Replacement

We will gladly issue a full refund or free replacement for the following cases:

  • Printing issues (bad print, damaged print, wrong/missing print)
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Defective product before shipping / flawed item
  • Incorrect sizing (wrong size delivered, sizing doesn’t match chart)
  • Shipping problems (no tracking updates, lost in transit, delivered to wrong address, late shipment)
  • Wrong product received (design, size, color, quantity, product type, etc.)
  • Packages lost after delivery: replacement will be offered instead of a refund

Not Covered by Refund / Replacement

We typically do not accept refunds or replacements due to customer mistakes, such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided
  • Minor size deviations compared to size guide
  • Wrong selection of size, design, or color at checkout
  • Personal reasons (change of mind, personal taste, etc.)
  • Color differences up to 20% between advertised images and the actual product (due to photography lighting or monitor display differences)

How to File a Claim

To submit a claim, please email support@hudupods.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Video/photo of the defective product
  • For printing errors → include close-up photos of the issue
  • For print size or placement issues → include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photos
  • For missing items → provide a photo of the package’s cover with the detailed shipping label
  • Our support team will review your submission. If the issue meets the outlined conditions, we will process your refund or send a replacement promptly.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
